Let’s Pepper – Liability & Media Release Waiver

By registering for or attending this Let’s Pepper event, I agree to the following terms:

1. Event Participation & Liability Waiver

• I acknowledge the inherent risks involved in playing or attending outdoor volleyball events, including but not limited to injury, illness, collisions, or weather-related incidents.
• I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation or presence at this event.
• I release and hold harmless Let’s Pepper, Flickday Media, Nino Chavez Photography, the event organizers, volunteers, landowners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims of liability, including negligence.
• I understand I am responsible for my own health, behavior, and personal belongings during the event.

2. Media Consent & Likeness Release

• I grant permission to Let’s Pepper, Flickday Media, and Nino Chavez Photography to photograph, record, or livestream my image and performance at this event.
• I understand my likeness may be used in photo galleries, promotional videos, event recaps, or brand storytelling on websites (including letspepper.com, nino.photos), social media platforms, and affiliated content channels.
• I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final media products and agree to usage without further compensation.

3. For Participants Under 18

If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete this form. By checking the box below and submitting, I confirm I am the parent or legal guardian and I consent to the terms outlined above.
